The Hyperloop Development Program Welcomes Klaus Rudischhauser as General Director

The Hyperloop Development Program is glad to announce that Klaus Rudischhauser has started as General Director.

Klaus has been with the European Commission since 1989, and was among others Head of Department in the Directorate-General for Transport and Energy, where he was responsible for the Trans-European Transport Networks.
 
Afterward, he was Deputy Director-General for International Cooperation and Development, and responsible in this capacity for general EU development policy and international cooperation.
 
Lastly, he has been Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary as head of the Delegation of the European Union in Mexico.
 
Klaus' expertise includes transportation, international developments, policy, and public affairs. Combined with his long-lasting ties to the European Commission he will be of key importance in getting the Hyperloop Development Program to the next level.
